Career Advancement Cell (CAC)

The Career Advancement Cell (CAC) is established to guide, mentor, and empower students in making well-informed career choices aligned with their interests, aptitude, and abilities. The cell plays a crucial role in preparing students for higher education, competitive examinations, and diverse career opportunities by enhancing their skills, confidence, and career awareness.

The CAC acts as a bridge between academic learning and professional aspirations by providing structured guidance, training, and exposure to multiple career pathways in India and abroad. Through systematic mentoring and career-focused initiatives, the cell supports students in achieving long-term academic and professional success.

  • To develop self-confidence, decision-making ability, and career readiness among students.

  • Organizing career awareness programs emphasizing the importance of higher studies and professional growth in India and overseas.
  • Conducting aptitude and diagnostic tests for competitive examinations, followed by personalized counselling sessions.
  • Arranging expert talks, workshops, and training programs by professionals from industry, academia, and reputed institutions.
  • Facilitating interaction with HR professionals and alumni to provide insights into real-world career expectations.
  • Offering guidance on entrance examinations, application procedures, interview preparation, and career planning strategies.
