The Time Table Committee is a key administrative body responsible for planning, preparing, and managing the academic timetable across all departments. The committee ensures the systematic integration of theory classes, laboratory sessions, and co-curricular activities while accommodating the academic needs of students and faculty. It functions under the guidance of the Principal/Academic Dean and works closely with Heads of Departments to ensure effective implementation and timely revisions.

  • To design and implement a structured, conflict-free timetable that meets the academic requirements of all departments.
  • To coordinate with faculty members and administrative units for efficient allocation of classrooms, laboratories, and resources.
  • To ensure the smooth conduct of lectures, laboratory sessions, and institutional activities through effective scheduling practices.

Activities of the Committee

  • Preparation and publication of the semester-wise master timetable.
  • Collection and consolidation of subject-wise and department-wise scheduling requirements.
  • Resolution of timetable clashes and optimization of classroom and laboratory utilization.
  • Modification of schedules to accommodate academic events, examinations, and special institutional activities.
  • Maintenance of records related to faculty workload and classroom occupancy.

  • To implement an automated timetable management system using advanced scheduling software.
  • To develop a centralized digital platform providing real-time timetable access for students and faculty.
