The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AI & DS) was established in 2022 with the vision of producing highly skilled professionals capable of addressing real-world challenges through intelligent computing and data-driven technologies. The department offers a contemporary four-year B.Tech. Artificial Intelligence and Data Science programme under the affiliation of Anna University, providing students with a strong academic foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and emerging digital technologies.
The curriculum is carefully designed to build expertise in core Artificial Intelligence concepts, including Expert Systems, Knowledge Representation, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, Data Analytics, and the latest advancements in Generative AI.
