Titan Education Trust Scholarship

Objective

The Trust Scholarship is established to provide financial assistance to deserving students who may face economic challenges in pursuing their education. The scholarship aims to promote equitable access to quality education by supporting students based on their financial need and family circumstances.

Scholarship Benefit: The scholarship provides a tuition fee concession, with the amount determined on a case-by-case basis after evaluating the student's financial background, family situation, and supporting documents.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be admitted as a regular full-time student of the institution.
  • The applicant must demonstrate genuine financial need based on the family's economic condition.
  • The student must submit all required documents for assessment.
  • The scholarship is subject to the approval of the Trust Scholarship Committee.

Required Documents

  • A completed Trust Scholarship application form.
  • Family income certificate or proof of income.
  • Supporting documents explaining the family's financial circumstances, if applicable.
  • Any additional documents requested by the institution or the Trust for evaluation.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The scholarship amount will be determined individually based on the student's family situation, financial need, and supporting documentation.
  2. The tuition fee concession is applicable only to tuition fees and cannot be adjusted against other institutional charges.
  3. The scholarship is awarded subject to verification of all information provided by the applicant.
  4. Students must maintain satisfactory academic performance, attendance, and good conduct to continue receiving the scholarship.
  5. The scholarship may be reviewed annually and revised based on family circumstances and availability of Trust funds.
  6. Submission of false or misleading information may result in withdrawal of the scholarship and recovery of benefits granted.
  7. The decision of the Trust Scholarship Committee regarding eligibility and financial assistance shall be final.

Sibling Scholarship

Objective

The Sibling Scholarship is introduced to support families with more than one child studying at our institution. It reflects our commitment to making quality education more affordable while recognizing the trust and confidence families place in us.

Scholarship Benefit: Eligible students will receive a tuition fee discount of ₹5,000 per academic year, subject to compliance with the policy guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The students must be biological siblings, adopted siblings, or legal wards belonging to the same family.
  • Both siblings must be enrolled as regular full-time students of the institution.
  • The scholarship will be granted upon submission of required documents and approval by the institution.

Required Documents

  • Proof of relationship such as Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Family Card, or any government-issued document.
  • Student ID or Admission Number of both siblings.
  • A completed Sibling Scholarship application form.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The scholarship provides a ₹5,000 tuition fee discount per eligible student per academic year.
  2. The benefit is applicable only to the tuition fee and cannot be adjusted against other charges.
  3. The scholarship cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another student.
  4. The scholarship is subject to verification of eligibility and approval by the institution.
  5. If one sibling graduates, withdraws, or discontinues studies, the scholarship will cease from the next academic year unless another eligible sibling is enrolled.
  6. The institution reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the scholarship policy at its discretion.
  7. The decision of the institution regarding eligibility and award of the scholarship shall be final.

Alumni Students' Child Scholarship Policy

Objective

The Alumni Students' Child Scholarship is instituted to recognize and appreciate the enduring relationship between our institution and its alumni. This scholarship supports alumni children's pursuit of quality education at our institution.

Scholarship Benefit: Eligible students will receive a tuition fee concession of ₹5,000 per academic year, subject to compliance with the policy guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be the son or daughter of an alumnus/alumna of the institution.
  • The alumnus/alumna must have successfully completed a recognized programme from the institution.
  • The student must be admitted as a regular full-time student.
  • The scholarship is applicable from the first year and may continue in subsequent years, subject to policy.

Required Documents

  • A completed Alumni Students' Child Scholarship application form.
  • Proof of parent-child relationship such as Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, or government-issued document.
  • A copy of the alumnus/alumna's degree certificate, provisional certificate, or alumni identity card.
  • Any additional documents requested by the institution for verification.

Terms and Conditions

  1. A ₹5,000 tuition fee concession will be granted to each eligible student for every academic year.
  2. The concession is applicable only to the tuition fee and cannot be adjusted against any other fees.
  3. The scholarship is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  4. The scholarship is subject to verification of the parent's alumni status and approval by the institution.
  5. Students must comply with academic and disciplinary regulations to continue receiving the benefit.
  6. The institution reserves the right to revise, suspend, or withdraw the scholarship policy at its discretion.
  7. The decision of the institution regarding eligibility and award of the scholarship shall be final.
